How You Can Make a Difference in Jackson County

Volunteers are the heart of United Way of Jackson County. We engage a large network of hundreds of people from varied backgrounds and interests in all aspects of our work.  We are committed to providing opportunities for them to effect positive change that will impact people's lives and build a better community. Our volunteer opportunities are as varied as your interests.

Our Work Includes:

Building our capacity to care
Help build a stronger Jackson County by raising the funds that make it possible to help all our neighbors in need.  Enjoy tremendous networking opportunities while developing your knowledge of the community.  Whether you are a retired lifetime resident or new to the community, you’ll find a chance to use your skills and meet new people when you volunteer with United Way.
